Accommodation is at a premium in Wellington during the month of November.  Please ensure you register by 6 October, as unused rooms will be released at this time. Accommodation has been organised with the following venues at conference rates. Please direct all accommodation enquiries to The Medical Industry Association. The accommodation venues will not accept direct bookings. To secure your reservation, you must provide credit card details.

Your credit card details will be passed on to the venue.  The balance of the account is to be settled directly with the venue by the delegate at the time of conference. Please note that the Medical Industry Association does not accept payment for accommodation on behalf of the accommodation venues.  

All changes to accommodation requirements must be made in writing to the conference manager – NOT to the accommodation venue.  If requested accommodation is not available we will reserve a similar alternative.
